These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Fairy Fantasy Color by Schwaben Apps. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Who may use the app
Fairy Fantasy Color is a coloring and puzzle app for children and families. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising a child’s use and deciding whether the app is suitable.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fairy Fantasy Color on devices you own or control for private, non-commercial entertainment.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law; use it unlawfully; or disrupt our services, content delivery, or support channels.
3. Intellectual property
App content — including artwork, images, designs, text, audio, trademarks, and software — is owned by Schwaben Apps or its licensors.
Coloring pages, puzzle images, and print templates are original creations made for this app (unless otherwise stated). You may save/share your own colored results for personal use. You do not obtain ownership of our underlying artwork or brand.
4. User-created content
Drawings and progress stay on your device unless you export or share them yourself. You are responsible for anything you share outside the app.
5. Ads, updates, and online features
The app may include advertising. Ads are configured as child-directed / family-friendly, G-rated, and non-personalized where supported, and are not shown during active coloring or puzzle play. Features and seasonal content packs may change. Some downloads need internet access; your network provider’s charges may apply.
6. Disclaimer
Fairy Fantasy Color is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Schwaben Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law (including EU/EEA/UK consumer rights).
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and forms part of these Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app by uninstalling it. We may stop providing the app or features, or restrict access, if these Terms are violated or if required for legal or security reasons.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Schwaben Apps, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Diese Nutzungsbedingungen („Bedingungen“) regeln die Nutzung von Fairy Fantasy Color durch Schwaben Apps. Mit Download oder Nutzung akzeptieren Sie diese Bedingungen. Wenn Sie nicht einverstanden sind, nutzen Sie die App bitte nicht.
1. Wer die App nutzen darf
Fairy Fantasy Color ist eine Ausmal- und Puzzle-App für Kinder und Familien. Eltern/Erziehungsberechtigte sind für die Aufsicht und die Eignung der App für ihr Kind verantwortlich.
2. Nutzungsrecht
Wir gewähren Ihnen eine persönliche, nicht ausschließliche, nicht übertragbare, widerrufliche Lizenz zur privaten, nicht kommerziellen Nutzung auf Geräten, die Sie besitzen oder kontrollieren.
Sie dürfen die App nicht kopieren, verändern, reverse engineeren oder weiterverbreiten (außer soweit gesetzlich erlaubt), nicht rechtswidrig nutzen und unsere Dienste, Inhaltsbereitstellung oder Support-Kanäle nicht stören.
3. Geistiges Eigentum
App-Inhalte — einschließlich Artwork, Bilder, Designs, Texte, Audio, Marken und Software — gehören Schwaben Apps oder Lizenzgebern.
Ausmalbilder, Puzzle-Motive und Druckvorlagen sind Originalkreationen für diese App (soweit nicht anders angegeben). Eigene ausgemalte Ergebnisse dürfen Sie privat speichern/teilen. Sie erwerben kein Eigentum am zugrunde liegenden Artwork oder an der Marke.
4. Von Nutzern erstellte Inhalte
Zeichnungen und Fortschritt bleiben auf dem Gerät, sofern Sie sie nicht selbst exportieren oder teilen. Für Inhalte außerhalb der App sind Sie verantwortlich.
5. Werbung, Updates und Online-Funktionen
Die App kann Werbung enthalten. Werbung ist – soweit unterstützt – kindgerichtet/familienfreundlich, G-rated und nicht personalisiert und wird nicht während des aktiven Ausmalens oder Puzzle-Spielens angezeigt. Funktionen und saisonale Pakete können sich ändern. Manche Downloads brauchen Internet; es können Netzkosten entstehen.
6. Haftungsausschluss
Fairy Fantasy Color wird „wie besehen“ und „wie verfügbar“ bereitgestellt. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, übernehmen wir keine Gewähr für ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit, Fehlerfreiheit oder Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck.
7. Haftung
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haftet Schwaben Apps nicht für indirekte, zufällige, besondere oder Folgeschäden aus der Nutzung. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzrechte (einschließlich EU/EWR/UK) bleiben unberührt.

Unsere Datenschutzerklärung erläutert den Umgang mit Informationen und ist Teil dieser Bedingungen.
9. Beendigung
Sie können die Nutzung durch Deinstallation beenden. Wir können die App oder Funktionen einstellen oder den Zugang einschränken, wenn gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen wird oder rechtliche/sicherheitsrelevante Gründe vorliegen.
10. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt das auf Schwaben Apps anwendbare Recht, ohne zwingende Verbraucherschutzrechte in Ihrem Wohnsitzland einzuschränken.
11. Änderungen
Wir können diese Bedingungen aktualisieren. Das Datum „Stand“ wird dann angepasst. Weitere Nutzung gilt als Zustimmung.
